How long does shipping take?
We do overnight delivery for orders under 5 kg to Main Centres. 2-4 Working days on all other orders. Please note that the above time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames.
Do you have stock?
We are always fully stocked. On the rare occasion that we do not have stock of an item you will be able to see this on the items product page. When an item is out of stock, our systems will not allow an order to be placed.
Are you products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding moms?
We are not allowed to provide medical advise. The nutritional requirements of pregnant / breastfeeding moms vary. It is always best to consult your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement program.
